Linda Lazzareschi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and support across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Proofpoint since October 2014, Linda is responsible for delivering technical support and managing customer service for a global clientele. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Customer Care at Oracle, where integration and customer experience were key focuses, and Vice President of Global Customer Support at BEA Systems Inc. Linda's career also includes significant positions at Microsoft, Greenlight.com, The Walt Disney Company, Talbots, and Gap Inc., where leadership in customer service, sales strategies, and quality improvement initiatives were constants. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University - East Bay.
