Judy Phillips is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. since February 2008, Judy provides exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Previous experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Morgan Marine from April 2000 to October 2006, where responsibilities encompassed sales, inventory management, ordering, record keeping, scheduling, billing, warranty claims, and participation in boat shows. Additionally, Judy co-owned Bakers Exterminating from April 1996 to 2006, focusing on office management. Judy holds an Associate's degree in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Niagara County Community College and completed practical nursing training at Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES in 1998.
