Manju Sudarshan started their work experience as an MDG EAM Architect at Suncor Energy in November 2015. Manju then worked as an SAP MDG Assurance at ROFF in July 2016, and later held a role as MDG EAM/LAM Architect at CN in August 2016. Subsequently, they took on the role of SAP MDG EAM Product Architect at Utopia Global, Inc. in May 2014, before becoming an Associate Director at the same company in December 2015. In June 2017, Manju joined The Dow Chemical Company as an MDG Architect, then as a Data Architect at Energizer Holdings in November 2017. Manju served as a Master Data Architect at CenterPoint Energy from March 2018 to May 2019, and then at HRK Solutions LLC from September 2017 to June 2019. Following this, Manju worked as an Associate Director at Utopia Global, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2020. Most recently, they held roles at Prometheus Group as a Director of Data Solutions starting in December 2020, and as a Senior Director of Data Solutions from May 2022.

Manju Sudarshan completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madanapalli Institute of Technology & Science, Madanapalli, from 1998 to 2002.
