Joshua Clark is a seasoned security analyst at RL Canning, where expertise in cyber security risks is applied to election authority locations in Southern Illinois as part of a collaboration with various state organizations. Since 2011, Joshua has also operated as an independent web developer, providing web page consulting and design services for private clients.
