Michael Kolanowski began their work experience in 2015 at Planet Fitness, where they served as a Member Service Representative for nearly five years until September 2020. In 2021, they joined Promess as an Electrical Engineer, and their current role is ongoing.

Michael Kolanowski began their education at Macomb Community College in 2015, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics in 2017. Michael then continued their studies at Oakland University from 2017 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.
