Jaelynn D. has extensive experience in educational settings, currently serving as Instructional Support at Promesa Academy Charter School since August 2021, providing one-on-one support and small group intervention for literacy and math. Previously, Jaelynn held various roles at Promesa, including K-2 Math Teacher and Teaching Assistant. Additional experience includes serving as Development Coordinator for ROY MAAS YOUTH ALTERNATIVES, INC., where fundraising events were planned and marketing campaigns were developed, as well as teaching roles at Kids of the Kingdom and involvement with multiple community organizations such as Cru and Main Street San Marcos. Jaelynn holds a degree in Recreation Administration from Texas State University and has demonstrated strong skills in project planning, student support, and community engagement throughout various positions.
