Pasquale Gualtieri has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Pasquale currently serves as the Group HR Director at Proma Group since February 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Organization at Laminazione Sottile S.p.A. from September 2015 to January 2018. Pasquale also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at ELLEFFEGI Consulting from March 2013 to August 2015. Before that, they held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Honeywell Garrett s.r.l., Bridgestone, General Electric - Nuovo Pignone, Unicom, and Texas Instruments Controls & Manufacturing Services.

Pasquale Gualtieri obtained an MBA in General Management from STOA' in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Laurea in Economia e Commercio (Economics and Commerce) from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Leadership in January 2006.
