Andrej Popovič has over 16 years of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group HR Director at HB Reavis since February 2007. In this role, Andrej partners with the CEO and executive management to lead the HR team and oversee operations across various countries, focusing on organizational transformation and a new business model. Previously, Andrej held positions such as HR Services & Infrastructure Manager, where key achievements included designing a group benefits program and implementing reporting tools for monitoring people metrics. Additionally, Andrej co-owned IPS, s.r.o., and worked at IBM, Jenewein Group, and Plastic Omnium in various HR capacities, gaining expertise in recruitment, performance management, and HR process automation. Andrej holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
