Dave Morstadt serves as the Vice President of Finance at Prolink since June 2021, following a role as Financial Director at First Student from August 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes senior finance positions at Luxottica, where responsibilities spanned multiple brands including Sears, Target Optical, and Sunglass Hut. Dave also held the Vice President title at Formica Corporation, overseeing global strategy and financial planning, and led financial operations for North America there. Earlier career highlights include roles at Sprint in marketing and business development, along with consulting positions at Deloitte and Price Waterhouse, focusing on business strategy and financial control solutions. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BSIM in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
