Evan Ray has extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, starting with their role as an Online Inventory Manager at Access TCA in 2005. Evan then transitioned into various recruiting and managerial roles at companies such as Bovenzi, Inc, the Daytona Cubs Baseball Organization, and Winn Companies. Most recently, they served as a Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH before taking on the role of Director of Finance & Accounting Recruitment at Coda Search | Staffing in 2024.

Evan Ray attended Wachusett Regional High School from 2001 to 2005. Evan then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University from 2005 to 2009.
