Sergio Roberto Cochela is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Conselheiro at Joinvalle since August 2022 and as Diretor Executivo at ProJuris since May 2016, Sergio holds significant advisory positions, including Conselheiro at Audaces and Presidente do Conselho de ADM at GoFindOnline (2018-2023). Previously, Sergio was the Diretor Financeiro at NeoGrid, managing Finance, IT, HR, Corporate Governance, and M&A from September 2012 to October 2015.
