Brian Danitz is a Partner and Senior Litigation Associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, specializing in complex civil litigation across various domains such as commercial litigation, securities, financial fraud, and antitrust since December 2015. Prior to this role, Danitz served as a Litigation Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from September 2006 to November 2015, representing companies and individuals in securities class actions and conducting investigations for various regulatory bodies. Before transitioning to law, Danitz worked as a filmmaker and interactive media producer, notably directing the documentary "Ecological Design: Inventing the Future." Danitz holds a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and advanced degrees in Interactive Telecommunications and Fine Arts from New York University.
