Kathleen Sunseri is an accomplished educator and consultant in K-12 education, currently serving as an Educator, PD Specialist, and Consultant at Summit Education Services, LLC since July 2024. With extensive experience at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as Executive Director of Federal Programs and Director of Advanced Studies since July 2018, Kathleen has significantly impacted educational leadership. Additionally, Kathleen has been the Math Curriculum Coordinator for Project L.I.F.T. Charlotte since August 2016, and previously held various roles at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, including Assistant Principal of Instruction, Dean of Students, and Science Teacher. Earlier experience includes serving as District Manager for Vector Marketing. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Wingate University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Winthrop University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Forensic Science & Law from Duquesne University.
