Michaela Scotten Shuhnicki, MS, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist with a specialization in early intervention and pediatric therapy. Currently serving as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist at Progressive Steps, LLC since August 2022, Michaela also holds the position of Lead Occupational Therapist at FOX Rehabilitation and works as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Community Medical and Dental Care. Previous roles include Occupational Therapist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, where Michaela focused on neurology and orthopedics, and as a Level II Occupational Therapy Student at both Norristown State Hospital and Project HOME, facilitating various therapeutic groups and sessions. Michaela holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Messiah University.
