Mark Proietty is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition spanning various roles and industries. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Farmers Insurance from October 2021 to June 2023, Mark managed the complete recruitment process and collaborated with hiring managers to address staffing needs. Mark's career began at GEICO, where from July 2015 to October 2021, a focus was placed on providing recruitment insights and engaging with local talent sources. Mark is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Upper Iowa University, expected to graduate in January 2025, and has a foundational education from Charles D'Amico High School.
