Mike France has extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, currently serving as a congressional representative since February 2021. An Engineering Manager at Progeny Systems Corporation since April 2005, Mike France specializes in electronic systems for the U.S. Department of Defense. A former State Representative for Connecticut's 42nd District, Mike France held positions of leadership including Ranking Member of the Appropriations Committee and Chair of the Finance Committee as Town Councilor in Ledyard. Previous naval roles include Program Manager's Representative at NAVSEA and various officer positions aboard multiple ships. Mike France holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Organizational Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and Eastern Connecticut State University, respectively.
