Pavel Kutáč has a diverse background in various roles and industries. In 2016, they completed a student internship at JYVSECTEC where they developed Unix services for penetration tests and system monitoring. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a ski instructor at SunSki, teaching clients of all ages. In 2014, they joined Moravio as an external developer, contributing to over 20 projects in both backend and frontend development. From 2014 to 2018, Pavel was a member of the Technical Support team at Stavovská unie studentů Ostrava, responsible for webpages and photo documentation. At Moravio from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Programmer in the Support department, maintaining and adding new functionalities to running projects. In 2013, Pavel became a self-employed web developer at Kutáč.cz, where they handled all stages of development for various clients, including frontend and backend development, analysis, requirement collection, deployment, and project support. Most recently, in 2020, they joined profiq as a Back End Developer and later moved to IndyKite as a Go Backend developer.

Pavel Kutáč holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, which they obtained in the years 2016 to 2018. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2015. Prior to their time at JAMK, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, which they completed in the years 2012 to 2015. Pavel also obtained certifications in Programming with PL/SQL from Oracle in February 2015 and in Database Design and Programming with SQL from Oracle in June 2014.
