Merete Pettersen has extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles, currently serving as Avdelingsleder at ProffCom AS since June 2019. Previously, Merete held various positions at Telenor from October 2004 to March 2018, including Kundesenterleder, where responsibilities included operational and performance management of a customer center in Harstad, and roles focused on sales, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prior to Telenor, Merete gained experience at REMA 1000 Norge, Lydbokforlaget AS, and Qvist Libris/Dahl Libris gruppen AS. Educational qualifications include training from BI Norwegian Business School and Telenor's leadership program, along with a degree from Fagskolen for Bokbransjen.
