Imelda Marlene M. Gutianjo is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant at Professional Advantage since May 2016, providing help desk support for GP, D365BC, D365CE, ClickDimensions, SmartConnect, and Management Reporter. Previously, Imelda was a Project Lead for Existing Business at Infosoft International Solutions, Inc. from September 2010 to May 2016, overseeing ERP project implementations and conducting project meetings. As an Application Specialist, responsibilities included conducting business process reviews, end-user training, UAT assistance, and quality assurance testing, along with pre-sales for Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV. Earlier in their career, Imelda served as an Internal Auditor and Branch Accountant at Apple A Day Inc. Imelda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Perpetual Help Rizal, earned between 1998 and 2003.
