Charisse Arpafo has extensive experience in technical support and management, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Currently serving as Technical Support Team Lead at Professional Advantage since September 2011, Charisse assists clients with various functional and technical inquiries while fostering opportunities for product knowledge expansion. Prior to this role, Charisse worked for Sykes from May 2004 to August 2011, progressing through positions such as Technical Account Supervisor and Technical Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing technical support personnel and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience includes providing technical support for Dell Dimension systems at eTelecare Global Solutions. Charisse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
