Hernando Jose Fadul Lafaurie's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked at ASOGANORTE as a Proyect Manager, leading investigations on the dairy market and designing plans to integrate small cattle holders into the industry. In this role, they secured funding for a project with the local government. From 2013 to 2022, they also served as the Head of Growth at CAFAVI LTDA, where they were responsible for increasing profitability in the cattle business through financial planning, investment projects, and the implementation of technological software. Hernando Jose achieved better interest rates and loan conditions with banks and closed a deal that improved the company's cash flow. In 2020, they joined Banco Agrario de Colombia as a Regional Coordinator, overseeing the commercial strategy for SMEs and farm operations. Hernando Jose established strategic alliances with companies, benefiting small farm holders and granting access to financial products for dairy factory affiliates. Currently, since 2022, they are working at PRODUCEPAY as a Regional Sales Manager, utilizing their understanding of the agribusiness sector and financial solutions to manage key agribusiness exporting companies in Colombia. Hernando Jose is skilled in pitching and conducting business in English and Spanish, as well as managing deal making documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Hernando Jose Fadul Lafaurie began their education at the University of West London from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. In 2016, Hernando completed a Diploma in Agronegocios from the Universidad del Norte. Later, in 2017, they pursued a Diploma in Business Management of Livestock Companies from the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). Most recently, in 2020, Hernando participated in a Programa focused on Commercial Strengthening at the INALDE Business School.
