Amadeusz Pajak is an experienced IT and security professional with a strong background in identity and access management across multiple organizations. Since October 2018, Amadeusz has served as the Global Head of Identity and Access Management Services and Operations at Procter & Gamble, following roles as Director of Identity and Access Management and Senior IT Manager focusing on Security & Identity Management. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Amadeusz held various positions at Mondelēz International, including MEU SAP Lead for SAP Security & Compliance and EMEA SAP Security Support Lead, where responsibilities encompassed SAP project management, compliance, and identity management strategies. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Kraft Foods Group and Cadbury, along with IT administration roles at Tuplex and ALPO. Amadeusz holds a degree from Uniwersytet Zielonogórski.
