Matt Whiteside is a Senior Contact Centre Manager at Probe CX since January 2021. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Stellar for nearly two decades, holding various positions such as Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Team Leader, Trainer, and Customer Solutions Specialist. Matt received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sydney Business School at the University of Wollongong in 2016, and also completed the Leadership Illawarra Program. Additionally, Matt holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Commerce in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wollongong.
