Jose Da Silva has been working in the financial software industry for the past 10 years. In 2000, they began their career as an Allain Lagger at Open English. In 2004, they became the Director for LATAM at WorldCompliance, where they were part of a start-up responsible for the largest Know Your Customer database in the world. In 2005, they founded Vantech Group LLC, where they serve as the Virtual CEO and Founder. At Vantech Group, they combine virtual staffing with cutting edge consulting and project management towards the growth of entrepreneurs, executive and small companies. Jose has also been a renowned speaker in the industry, participating in technology, entrepreneurship and happiness conferences for both the government and private industry in front of thousands of people.

Jose Da Silva's education history includes a Bachelor from Barry University in Business from 2000 to 2003. Jose also attended Universidad del Norte for Business and Barry University for a B.A in Business Administration and Marketing. Da Silva has also attended Babson College three times, Columbia University and Marymount.
