Sulaiha Sawadi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Privasia Technology Berhad since 2010, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on staffing and retention strategies, and implementing HR compliance policies and training. Prior to this role, Sulaiha held the position of Head of Department at Privasia Technology Berhad from January 2005 to 2009, where management of human resources plans, oversight of the employee life cycle, and collaboration with department leaders on HR matters were key responsibilities.
