Gurusharan Sampya

Gurusharan Sampya has a strong background in sales and business management. Gurusharan worked as the Business Head at Pristine Organics, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing the P&L of a USD 10 million private limited company. Gurusharan worked closely with shareholders and founders to drive sales and revenue across various segments. Prior to this, Gurusharan held the role of DGM Marketing - Vitamins and Premix Solutions at Pristine, where they were in charge of sales decisions and marketing strategies for vitamin and mineral premixes. Before joining Pristine, they served as the Regional Sales Manager - South at FOSS, focusing on increasing sales in the food, feed, and beverage industries within the southern region of India. Gurusharan started their career as a Sales Engineer at Marel, where they matched customer requirements to proposed solutions and managed technical aspects of client projects.

Gurusharan Sampya completed an Executive Programme in Leadership & Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2023-2024. Before that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from AIMS Institutes, from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from SJB Institute of Technology, from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Gurusharan Sampya has also completed various certifications, including GAIN Certified Training Professional from the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Google Certified Ad Word Professional from Google, Marketing Management certification from FOSS, Denmark, and Sales Management certification from Marel, Copenhagen.
