Monica Kohlhofer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, application support, and client relations within the HR technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Management Analyst at PrismHR, Monica collaborates with Product Management and User Experience Designers to prioritize customer needs, manages escalated HCM issues, and oversees User Acceptance Testing. Prior roles include Senior Application Support Analyst and Application Support Analyst, where Monica provided user training and application support for over 100 end users. Monica's previous experience at Momentum Resources involved leading PRISM HR implementations and serving as a Human Resources Manager. Monica also contributed to sales support data analysis at HEICO and interned in Human Resources at The Hertz Corporation, showcasing strong analytical and HR operational skills.
