Alla Ilyushina has extensive experience in product marketing and management. Alla currently holds the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Toloka, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Yandex as a Product Marketing Manager for Yandex Direct from December 2018 to March 2022. During their time at Yandex, they were responsible for product marketing strategy and execution, including new product launches, marketing planning, positioning, messaging, competitive research, and field enablement. Alla also provided support for product launches from concept to release, conducted product trainings for the sales force, and prepared sales materials and FAQs.
Before joining Yandex, Alla Ilyushina worked at Panasonic as a Product Marketing Manager for the Professional Video Category from December 2015 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were a Solution Specialist at Microsoft in the Business Productivity, Enterprise, and Partners Group from December 2013 to December 2015. Alla also gained experience in trade marketing as a Trade Marketing Specialist at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from July 2012 to December 2013. Their first professional experience was as an Intern in the HR Talent Department at British American Tobacco from July 2011 to June 2012.
Alla Ilyushina completed their Specialist degree in Management of High Technologies from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they attended IKRA School to take a Marketing Strategy course from October 2017 to February 2018.
