Josh Bamberger has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at the University of Portland in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Winder at OECO, followed by a Liaison Engineer role at Boeing Portland in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Air-Weigh On-Board Scales. In 2021, they took on two roles: Co-Founder and Mechanical Design Lead at Adaptive Ascent, and a Mountaineering and Backpacking Guide at Rare Earth Adventures LLC. Josh is currently working as a Mechatronics Test Engineer at Agility Robotics, starting in 2022. In each of their roles, Josh has been responsible for a variety of tasks, including designing and implementing automated tests, designing test fixtures, completing data analysis, developing mechanical components, offering academic support, and facilitating problem solving.

Josh Bamberger received their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Beaverton High School in 2017.
