Brian Franklin is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in product marketing and growth strategies. Currently serving as a Product Marketing Partner at Hiro Systems since July 2022, Brian previously held several roles at Zendesk from July 2018 to July 2022, including Product & Platform Specialist and Product Marketing Associate, following the company's acquisition of Base CRM. Earlier experience includes positions as an Inside Sales Representative with the Chicago Wolves and as an Email Marketing Manager at Ticket Monster. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and Finance from Seton Hall University, obtained in 2016.
