Akshay K. started their work experience in 2019 as a QA Test Engineer at Quick Heal. Akshay then became a Bug Hunter at Bugcrowd in the same year. In 2021, they transitioned to a Security Analyst role at AFour Technologies, where they worked until 2021. Akshay then served as an Associate Security Analyst at AFour Technologies from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, Akshay worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at RightCue Assurance for a brief period. Akshay then joined Mitigate Cyber® as a Security Consultant, where they performed manual and automated penetration testing and provided technical consultation on security issues. In 2022, they joined Risk Crew as a Security Testing Consultant, and in 2023, they became the Head of Cyber Security at Prism Solutions.

Akshay K. has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Gandhinagar Institute of Technology. They also have a Post Graduation Diploma in IT Infrastructure, Systems, and Security (PG-DITISS) from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Akshay K. is currently pursuing an MSc in Cyber Security and Pen Testing from Middlesex University. They have obtained various certifications, including Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), EC Council's Security Analyst (ECSA v9), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2016, and EC Council CEH V9. Akshay K. is also a Cyber Essentials Assessor and Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor accredited by The IASME Consortium.
