Nelson Surico possesses extensive experience in information security and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Exactera since September 2019. Prior roles at Exactera included Senior Technical Support Specialist, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to Exactera, Nelson completed an IT/Cybersecurity Internship at Central Hudson from May 2018 to January 2019, where a training website was created to enhance internal communication and user accessibility utilizing HTML and CSS. Additionally, Nelson worked as a Graphic Designer/Store Clerk at The UPS Store from May 2016 to May 2018, delivering various design projects with Adobe Creative Suite, while also improving customer service through efficient shipping and packing solutions. Nelson earned a degree from Sacred Heart University between 2015 and 2019.
