Tom Sinnett worked as the DMLS Director at Morris Technologies from September 2008. Before that, they were the Prototype and Mold Engineering Manager at 3M Precision Optics from February 1995 to June 2008.

Tom Sinnett attended Shawnee State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering.
