Joseph Muchna is an experienced professional in manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Director of Quality at Principal Manufacturing Corporation since August 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Tempel from May 2011 to August 2019, including Quality Manager, where oversight of all quality processes and personnel was key, and Manager of Annealing, responsible for operational and quality aspects of the department. Joseph's earlier experience includes roles as Annealing Supervisor and Quality Engineer, focusing on lean manufacturing processes and quality control measures. Additionally, Joseph began a career in metallurgy as an intern at Finkl & Sons, where responsibilities included preparing and testing steel samples for quality control. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science and Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
