Ayanda Ndletyana is currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Nelson Mandela University since November 2023. Additionally, Ayanda holds the position of Recruitment Consultant at Primis, a company focused on talent solutions within the technology sector in the UK and US, where efforts are directed towards promoting diversity and inclusion in organizational team-building. Previously, Ayanda worked as a Senior Delivery Consultant at Momentum Financial Planning from May 2022 to March 2023 and as a Red Channel Financial Planner.
