Teodora Roncu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in commercial and corporate law, particularly within the shopping center management sector. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at Prime Kapital Development since July 2019, Teodora is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal agreements, managing legal risks, and coordinating litigation processes. Previously, Teodora held the position of Legal Advisor at Sierra Romania Shopping Centers Services SRL for over 11 years, where responsibilities included negotiating lease agreements and third-party service contracts, as well as providing legal assistance in operational matters.
