Bart van Bilsen serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at NHG (Nationale Hypotheek Garantie) since January 2022, providing expertise on legal matters such as organizational governance and contract conditions. Previously, from November 2015 to January 2022, Bart held multiple roles at Intertrust Group, including Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Company Lawyer, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory legal issues and team management within corporate legal services. Bart began the legal career as an Advocate specializing in Corporate and Insolvency Law at Dirkzwager advocaten & notarissen from September 2012 to October 2015, offering legal support to businesses and local governments. Bart holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Tilburg University and a Gymnasium diploma from Mill Hill College.
