John D. Hadeed, MBA, currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture (Country HR Leader) at Primark, overseeing the HR function for the US business and contributing as a member of the US Leadership Team. Prior to this role, John was the Head of People & Culture for J.Crew, where responsibilities included leading a global HR center of excellence focused on Talent Strategy & Management and diversity initiatives. John’s extensive HR experience also includes various leadership positions at Barnes & Noble. Academic credentials include dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a BS in Management & International Business from Fordham University. Additional education includes programs at IAE Business School and Gonzaga University, along with a high school diploma from Gonzaga College High School.
