Frances Leavy is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Global Director of Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing at Primark. Previously, Frances held the position of Total Rewards Executive Director at Aptiv and was the Head of Total Reward at AIB. Additional roles include Head of Total Reward & HR Shared Services at Kerry Group and Vice President of Global HR Operations at First Data. Frances Leavy holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources from the University of Westminster, completed between 1991 and 1996.
