Marta Ferrer Rende has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition, with experience working in various companies such as Brownie, C14torce, Nike EMEA, Booking.com, Desigual, and Michael Page. In their current role as Head of People & Culture at Brownie, Marta leads the implementation of HR processes and staff recruitment. Marta has also worked in international recruitment and as a co-therapist in a therapeutic setting. Marta holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat Ramon Llull and has previously studied in the USA and France.
