Elaine Russell is an accomplished investment and business leader with a strong focus on early-stage investments in the future of retail at Greycroft, where Russell serves as Operating Partner and co-leads the Albertsons Fund. Additionally, Russell holds various board and observer positions at multiple companies, including Crafty, Lucy, Danvas, Prima, and Anycart, contributing valuable insights and governance expertise. Previously, Russell was a Venture Partner and Partner at PLG Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in technology-enabled startups, and held leadership roles at Hintbox and Little Key, the latter of which was acquired in 2016. Elaine Russell holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS & BBA in Business and Economics from SMU Cox School of Business.
