Joana Rosa is a Quality Control Technician at SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals since February 2023, specializing in sample preparation and analytical techniques such as spectroscopy. Previously, Joana conducted research as a Master Thesis Student focusing on the characterization and quantification of cannabinoids through HPLC to enhance manufacturing processes. Additionally, Joana has been working as a Physics and Chemistry Tutor at Superprof since September 2021, helping high school students improve their academic performance. Joana's earlier experience includes a public attendance role at Padaria Central de Ribamar and an extracurricular internship in Medicinal Chemistry at Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, where Joana worked on the organic synthesis of potentially antibacterial and anticancer compounds. Joana holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, complemented by a high school diploma in Science and Technology from Externato de Penafirme.
