Tim Young, SHRM-SCP is currently the Vice President / Head of Talent Management at PRIDE Industries. Prior to this role, Tim held various leadership positions in talent acquisition at Ross Stores, Inc. and AutoZone, where Tim provided strategic direction and recruitment support to large retail organizations. With a background in HR leadership and support, Tim has extensive experience in supporting organizations with a large number of employees across various locations. Additionally, Tim served as a Sr. HR Manager at Cost Plus World Market, where Tim provided general HR support to a region of stores. Tim holds a BA in Criminal Justice Administration from Sonoma State University.
