Sarah Scanlon is an experienced professional in the field of sexual violence response and education, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty for New Approaches to Domestic/Sexual Violence at Vermont Law School Online since September 2022. With a long-standing association with Wilfrid Laurier University since March 2016, Sarah has held multiple roles, including Associate Director and Manager of Sexual Violence Response. As the founder of S.Scanlon Consulting, Sarah provides specialized consulting services in project and leadership, gender-based violence education, policy analysis, and non-punitive accountability facilitation. Past roles include project management at Changing Ways and positions at the Sexual Assault Centre London and Child Abuse Prevention Council London. Sarah holds a Master's in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Western University, with a double major in Psychology and Gender Studies & Feminist Research.
