Jennifer Paloma Rafferty has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design and professional learning. Jennifer Paloma'smost recent role is as the Director of Instructional Design at Presence, where they lead a team in designing and developing onboarding and continuing education courses. Prior to this, they were the Director of the OLC Center for Professional Learning at the Online Learning Consortium, where they provided support for certificate programs and online leadership development. Jennifer has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Brandeis University and held multiple roles at Quinnipiac University, including Associate Director of Instructional Design and Spanish Instructor. In addition, they served as the Distance Learning Program Manager for the Massachusetts Department of Education, managing state pilot programs for adult basic education.
