Martin Berggreen Rove is an accomplished attorney specializing in Intellectual Property and Marketing Law, with a robust portfolio of experience. Currently serving as an Advokat in the Orkla Group Legal at Orkla ASA since September 2019, Martin also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights since April 2016. Active in legal education, Martin contributes to the JUS academic committee focusing on patent, trademark, and design law as well as media and marketing law. Martin holds the title of Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian Food and Drink Industry Professional Practices Committee and has previously been a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's Law Committee on Intellectual Property and Marketing Law. With experience as a Partner at Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS, a Deputy Judge, and involvement in various legal roles, Martin possesses a comprehensive background in intellectual property rights, infringement cases, and strategic legal counsel.
