Wesley O'Quinn is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Enterprise Manager for the East Region at Prescott Group since June 2021, leading private equity capital placement and operations in the Eastern US. Previously, O'Quinn co-founded and served as Principal at New Bridge Capital Advisors from January 2018 to 2021, where the company quickly established a reputation for transparency and integrity in real estate investment and management. O'Quinn held leadership roles at OakPoint Real Estate, Maplewood Healthcare, and Allegiance Realty Corporation, focusing on portfolio asset management and acquisitions. Earlier in the career, O'Quinn gained valuable experience as an Asset Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst. O'Quinn holds a BS in Financial Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Clemson University and a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
