Elaine Aikens is a Partner at Aikens Group, with extensive experience in the field. In addition to this role, Elaine has served as Past President of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival Inc. since 1985. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree in Education/Vocal from the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music at Shenandoah University, which was earned between 1971 and 1975.
