Shweta Laddha is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in technical analysis, project management, and software testing across various industries. Currently serving at Prescient Holdings Group since August 2020, Shweta previously held key positions at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Infosys, Capital Group | American Funds, Nike, and DHL. Notable accomplishments include leading the technical onboarding of major health plans at MedImpact, managing core banking software projects for Bank of Baroda at Infosys, and enhancing DHL’s EasyShip application to improve customer experience. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University.
