Frances joined Colmore in 2017 as part of the spin-off from Capital Dynamics, having joined in 2015 as a Senior Fund Accountant. In 2016, she built out and developed the Treasury Team as the Head of Treasury, responsible for overseeing the cash management and liquidity requirements for all clients globally. As of March 2022, Frances has been promoted to Senior Vice President and is now Head of Onboarding. Before joining Colmore, she worked as a financial controller for Deutsche Bank and the Co-operative Bank. Frances started her career in an accountancy practice as an auditor and is a chartered accountant.
